AWM is a specialist construction auditing company. Our warranty options are subject to AWM auditing throughout the installation. AWM has brought together a team of highly skilled people, who have the ability and experience to understand the demanding role of the independent roofing and cladding auditor. AWM's auditors are not just chosen for their experience in assessing the quality of roofing and cladding installations, they have also been chosen because they can communicate at all levels and can work as team members in the design and construction process.

The Polisystem Materials Guarantee is standard and inclusive in the system cost. The guarantee covers the Polisystem TPO waterproofing membrane for up to 20 years. In the highly unlikely event of proven failure, defective materials would be replaced. |

Applying the Protector Warranty, an independent audit with regular site inspections conducted throughout the project, ensures the highest quality in both overall construction and detail - underpinning life expectancy, reducing maintenance liabilities and therefore benefiting the whole life costs. Regular inspections provide the reassurance that the workmanship is of a high standard utilising the specified products, with the assurance of up to 25 years warranty cover on successful completion. |

The Pioneer Warranty is the most comprehensive, fully backed cover available. AWM in partnership with Building & Land Guarantees Ltd. have an exclusive warranty available to all contracts utilising the AWM audit procedure. The Pioneer Warranty has been developed to provide a 10 year Latent Defect Warranty against: Damage caused by defects arising from poor workmanship Damage caused by defects arising from defective materials Damage resulting from defects in design and Non compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations should the original contractor cease to trade at any point during the first 2 years following practical completion of the works |
