Polisystem Membrane Adhesive - Solvent free version
Supplied in 10 Kg containers (44 containers / pallet = 440 Kg)

One component polyurethane adhesive for the adhesion of Polisystem FG TNT or GS TNT on various substrates.

Application rate 350-500 gms/m² depending on smoothness of substrate.
Calculate application at 425 gms/m² (24m² / container)

Adhesive to be left for approximately 5-10 minutes (not more)
before application of the membrane. The membrane should be rolled within the next 10-20 minutes after laying.

Application of the adhesive is by roller, brush or beads.
When the adhesive is applied in bead form the method of application is as follows:
Puncture the bottom of the container making holes between 10-20mm diameter. This will enable sufficient flow. Beads of adhesive should be applied 50mm in width which should be enough to ensure a full bond. When this method is used the application rate is: 100-150 gms/m² depending on smoothness of substrate.
Calculate application at 125 gms/m² (80m² / container)

Polisystem Contact Adhesive
Supplied in 15 litre cans (33 cans / pallet = 330Kg)

Adhesive for the application of non-fleece backed membranes
i.e. Polisystem Plain and Polisystem GS
on various substrates

Application is by roller (preferred) or brush,
to both sides of the substrate
Application rate 175-250 gms/m²
depending on smoothness of substrate.
Calculate application at 150 gms/m²
(33m² / can including application to substrate and membrane)

Maximum open time 45—60 minutes

Substrates: Metal concrete, mineral/slate surfaced roofing, aged bituminous roofing, laminated insulations and wood

Polisystem Spray Contact Adhesive
Supplied in 500ml cans
Suitable for small areas

Polisystem Insulation Adhesive
Supplied in 6 litre cans (84 cans / pallet = 546Kg)

Moisture setting polyurethane system for the adhesion
of insulation materials, including PU, Phenolics, EPS,
Ext PS, Perlite & Rockwool on various substrates
Application is achieved by puncturing the can
and pouring out 'beads'
Application rate 100-300 gms/m²
depending on smoothness of substrate
Calculate application at 250 gms/m² (26m² / can)

Note: for Rockwool double the amount of adhesive is required
For corners and borders increase adhesive usage by around 30%
Do not apply more adhesive than can be covered in 5 minutes.

Substrates: Concrete, mineral/slate surfaced bituminous roofing, aged bituminous roofing, wood, galvanised and sheet steel
