Polisystem Membranes have been re-assessed by the BBA and awarded Agrément Certificate 04/4109.
Key Factors Assessed:
Weathertightness - the membranes will resist the passage of moisture into the building
Properties in relation to fire - the membranes will enable a roof to be unrestricted under the Building Regulations
Resistance to wind uplift - the system will resist the effects of any likely wind suction
Resistance to foot traffic - the membranes will accept the limited foot traffic and loads associated with the installation and maintenance
Resistance to penetration of roots - the systems will resist the penetration of roots
Durability - under normal service conditions the membranes will provide a durable roof waterproofing with a service life in excess of 20 years

The Qube Module is a brand new addition to the ready to assemble range, by Qube Structures Limited, and will be launched at this year's Grand Designs Live Show.
The Modules will be a fully bespoke range of eco-friendly, modular buildings specifically aimed at the educational, healthcare and residential sectors. The Qube Module is re-locatable, extendable, stackable and inspirational in its construction, it is fully manufactured off-site, meaning the time the team spend on-site is significantly reduced. Not only is this a great alternative for our clients it also means we are able to finish the buildings to a higher specification as the structure and finishes are completed in a factory controlled environment.
With people and businesses showing more consideration to the environmental impact of buildings, ongoing maintenance and costs, the Qube Module provides a quick, responsible, sustainable and cost effective solution whilst maintaining quality and durability.
The Qube's reputation in the industry has led to its continued expansion along with being a previous finalist in the Grand Design Awards. At this year's exhibition they will be occupying one of the biggest areas of the GRAND Village, in one of the most exciting halls in the exhibition. It allows visitors to explore the latest conceptual, eco-friendly and sustainable structures, with a full size, two storey module on display that visitors will be able to enter and see first-hand the new Qube Module.
